Sourcing requirements
We listen and take time to understand exactly what our customers want as to quantity, quality and delivery time frames.
ESG requirements
We take time to understand the level of traceability and ESG requirements our customers need. We are clear from the beginning as to what is possible and what is not.
Contract terms
We make very clear in our contracts with both our suppliers and our customers, how we understand the sourcing requirements. We ensure all of our supplier have read and understood our compliance policy documents.
Mineral Sourcing
We source minerals from the African and South American continent. We perform extensive due diligence on all of our suppliers and we build relationships with them to ensure the ease of each transaction.
Full logistics service
We provide outsourced logistical services, from inland road, rail, boat transport. Indepenednet weighing and assaying and onward Sea, Air or Train transportation. Including Class 7 if required.
Completion checks
We follow up with our customers on all of our transactions. We follow up on timely delivery, confirmation of weight and quality checks at destination. To ensure contract terms have been executed correctly and the customer is happy.
